FIPROPLUS 925 is an acid liquid degreaser formulated for the cleaning of ultrafiltration membranes, for the deoxidation of cast iron and steel molds, for the descaling of systems.
FIPROPLUS 925 is a mild deoxidizer designed to prevent oxidative phenomena which, degenerating, can form post-drying stains and / or as a result of line stoppages in the rinse tanks, after the pickling phase with hydrochloric acid.
FIPROPLUS 925 is completely compatible with treatments following the pickling process, such as cold rolling and / or hot galvanizing.
Usage and Applications
FIPROPLUS 925 is used, in aqueous solution, under the following operating conditions:
Bath temperature: 20 to 70 ° C
Treatment time: from 15 to 30 minutes per recirculation
Bath formation: 10-300 g / l

Control of bathing
Take 10 ml of the bath using a calibrated pipette, place them in a conical flask, dilute them with distilled water and add 3 ÷ 5 drops of phenolphthalein indicator in alcoholic solution. Titrate with 0.1 N sodium hydrate until persistent pink color. The number of ml of 0.1 N sodium hydrate consumed for toning gives the FIPROPLUS 925 bath score. A 2% bath has a score of approximately 13.5.
