FIPROSTEEL 770 is a liquid degreaser for stainless steel, it is also used as a rust remover to remove any ferrous traces from stainless steel surfaces.
It is formulated without hydrofluoric acid, in order to avoid the danger due to the toxicity of the aforementioned acid. It is an important treatment because, in addition to removing the processing grease, it cleanses and improves the aesthetic appearance of the surfaces, tending to enhance the pre-existing brilliance.
FIPROSTEEL 770 is used before pickling to eliminate any residual pollution.

Usage
Use iron tanks lined with PVC, or if small in polyethylene, polypropylene, etc.
Dilute FIPROSTEEL 770 1: 1 or 1: 3 with water by volume.
It should be used pure when it is necessary to clean highly polluted surfaces. Apply it using brushes, sponges or brooms, or by spraying or dipping.
Immerse the pieces in the solution thus prepared at room temperature.
The immersion time can vary from a few minutes to over 1 or 2 hours, depending on the type of steel, its thickness, the type of oxide and the temperature; same temporal assessments for what concerns a possible use by spray even if it is good to remember that it is a liquid product without thixotropic effect and therefore after a few minutes there are drips.
At the end of the treatment, wash with plenty of water.
During the cold season, if necessary, the solution can be heated (max 30 ° C), with rubber coils and passage of steam, or Teflon-coated resistors.
