Line
A vast family of degreasing products, suitable for any type of metal or non-metal surface.
Acid or alkaline products, they are designed for removal of oily or interoperational contaminations, as well as light oxidation. Suitable for numerous applications, they can be used both as a final treatment and as an intermediate process, preceding, for example, galvanic deposition treatments or painting.
Multi-material effectiveness
The numerous formulations cover a wide range of materials and surfaces: from carbon steel to stainless steel, from galvanized steel to aluminum, but also cast iron, zamak, copper, yellow alloys and plastic.
The products of this line, both liquid and powder ones, are suitable for many process conditions, and guarantee the complete removal of any type of residue: neat oils (stamping, rolling, wiredrawing), emulsifiable oils (N/C), protective ones and phosphate coatings (sheets and coils), polymeric films and silicones, pastes, greases and also metal shavings and particulates.
Use and Conduct
The products of this line can be used manually, in immersion tanks, in spraying machines (tunnel, auger, etc.), piece washing machines, high pressure plants, by nozzle and by high pressure washers. They can also be used in tanks or ultrasonic systems, as an alternative to the more specific products of the Ultrafip line.
Each product is associated with a simple and practical manual of use and conduct (in the case of application by immersion or spray), sometimes made ad hoc for the individual customer by our technicians. This, combined with the quality of our formulations, ensures maximum effectiveness and longevity for our degreasing products, guaranteeing the customer performance and savings.

Our Production
All Fiprokim product lines are produced at our headquarters in Altavilla Vicentina. The wide range of mixers and special equipment allows Fiprokim to have considerable productive capacity.
