FIPRO SG 592 is an acid liquid product formulated for the degreasing of all metals (including precious metals), preferably in ultrasonic systems.
Usage and Applications
FIPRO SG 592 is used in aqueous solution, by immersion, under the following operating conditions:
Bath temperature: from 45 ° to 80 ° C (in ultrasonic baths from 45 ° to 50 ° C)
Treatment time: from 1 'to 5' (in ultrasonic baths from 30 "to 90")
Bath formation from 10 to 50 g / l (in ultrasonic baths 30 g / l)

Control of bathing
Take 50 ml of the bath using a calibrated pipette, place them in a conical flask, dilute them with distilled water and add 5 - 8 drops of green bromcresol indicator. Titrate with 0.1 N caustic soda until the color changes from yellow to blue.
The number of ml of 0.1N caustic soda consumed for the color change gives the score of the FIPRO SG 592 bath.
A bath prepared at 30 g / l has a score of approximately 18.

Feed the bath with FIPRO SG 592 at a rate of 1.8 kg for each missing point and for every 1000 l of bath.
