FIPRO DET 669 is a liquid product based on buffered caustic alkalis, dispersants, sequestrants, non-ionic surfactants, is solvent-free, non-flammable, and free from any chlorinated component.
FIPRO DET 669 was developed for manual and lance cleaning.
FIPRO DET 669 is suitable for the removal of organic contaminants such as neat and emulsifiable oils. Compatible with substrates in CRS, steel, brass, copper, aluminum and galvanized.

Usage and Applications
FIPRO DET 669 is used in aqueous solution at a concentration between 5% and 30%.
Lance or manual application.
Rinsing required.
Avoid self-drying of the pieces, as the salinity of the product could leave white residues.

Control of bathing
The control of the bath is carried out by determining the free alkalinity as follows:
Take 10 ml of bath, put them in flask or beaker
Add 50 ml of demineralized water
Add 5-6 drops of phenolphthalein and titrate with 0.1N sulfuric or hydrochloric acid
The ml of acid consumed gives the bath score which for a 50g / l (5%) bath is about 6.4 points, while for a 30% bath it will be about 38.1 points.
