FIPROPHOS 1151 is a phosphodegreaser, designed to give the treated product a conversion to iron phosphates with coating weights between 0.4 and 1.3 g / m2.
FIPROPHOS 1151 consists of phosphates, surfactants, coating regulators, oxidation inhibitors and line stoppage inhibitors.
Usage and Applications
Fill the tub with clean water
Activate the system and the heating
Add the quantity of product necessary to reach the desired concentration (possibly in the suction area of the pumps)
Run the system for 5 - 10 'to allow the bath to homogenize

Control of bathing
Take 10 ml of bath to be analyzed. Place them in an Erlenmeyer flask and add 50 ml of demineralized water. Add 4-8 drops of phenolphthalein solution.
With a graduated pipette, titrate with 0.1N sodium hydroxide until a pink color appears.
The ml consumed indicates the bath score.
These values are to be considered when forming the bathroom.
Therefore it is advisable to determine the titer before adjusting the pH.
Then, once the bath has been adjusted to the correct working pH, proceed to a second determination of the score. The ml consumed will be the reference value to be maintained.
For each missing point of total acidity add kg. 3.0 of FIPROPHOS 1151 every 1000 liters of bath.
