Technical features
FIPROPLUS 725 is a solvent and surfactant based additive. It is used to increase the degreasing power of acidic cleaning solutions, especially pickling solutions for stainless steel. It has a very high wetting and stripping power against the oxides that are removed during pickling, allowing better cleaning of the artifacts already in the lifting phase from the pickling bath.
The type of surfactants used is highly foaming and has a high detergent power.

Usage and Applications
It is used by immersion, usually dosed at 0.05-0.5% on the volume of the bath.

Control of bathing
Take 10 ml of bath, add a few drops of bromocresol green and titrate with 0.1 N acid (hydrochloric or sulfuric) until it turns from blue to yellow.
The ml of acid consumed represents the bath score.
A 5% bath has a score of approximately 6.5ml
Note: evaluate if the emulsifiable oil removed can affect the alkalinity of the bath, increasing it. If this phenomenon occurs, the consumption given by the alkalinity of the emulsifiable must be deducted from the value found.
