Technical features
FIPROPLUS 900 is an additive to increase the degreasing power of alkaline or acid detergent solutions. It has a very high wetting and solvent power against pollutants that are difficult to eliminate and different types of oils.
FIPROPLUS 900 contains within it elements that break the emulsion, that is, they separate the aqueous phase from the oily phase. This means that once the product has been degreased, the oily phase is separated (usually brought to the surface) and does not interfere with the subsequent washing.
Inside, this additive contains particular surfactants that stop the formation of foam.
Thanks to its formulation, FIPROPLUS 900 is therefore suitable for working even at low temperatures.
Usage and Applications
It is used in cleaning cycles and in spray phosphodegreasing baths.
It is used for occasional additions at concentrations between 0.2 and 1 g / l.

Control and Alimentation
It is based on the visual verification of the maintenance of a continuous veil of washing water on the treated pieces. If the effect of the water film is discontinuous (water-break), the use of FIPROPLUS 900 must be reinforced up to a maximum of 2 g / l.
