Technical features
FIPROPLUS 932 is a neutralizing product to be used after acid treatment or after alkaline degreasing and has a significant antioxidant action in the passivation phase. The use of this formulation is recommended for closing cycles of phosphating, acid pickling or degreasing of particularly delicate ferrous material. Excellent passivating agent for iron and cast iron products. Composed of alkanolamines and organic sequestrants, it can be used both as a final passivator and as an interoperational allowing for indoor storage.

Usage and Applications
FIPROPLUS 932 can be used both by spraying and by immersion, using systems built in carbon steel or stainless steel.
FIPROPLUS 932 is diluted in water (preferably demineralized for final passivation) at the concentration defined in collaboration with the Fiprokim technical service.
Indicatively, according to the needs, put from 5 to 50 Kg of FIPROPLUS 932 every 1000 liters of bath to be formed, using preheated water where required. Homogenize with the recirculating pumps for at least 15 minutes. Then proceed to the analytical control of the bath.

Control of bathing
The bath control is performed by chemical titration according to the following method:
Exactly 10 ml of bath are taken with a calibrated pipette, diluted with 20-30 ml of demineralized water and added to 4-5 drops of bromcresol green indicator solution (VBC).
The solution will turn blue and titrate with 0.1N hydrochloric or sulfuric acid until it changes from blue to yellow.
The n ° of ml of acid used for the color change will correspond to the bath score.

Store the product away from direct sunlight and heat sources. The product cannot stand freezing: store at temperatures above 5 ° C.
