FIPROSTEEL 757 is a liquid pickling agent for stainless steel 300 series.
The formulation is hydrofluoric free, in order to offer a safer product for the operator and with reduced labeling.
It has the advantage, unlike the traditional pickling baths for stainless steel, of not torching the pieces, regardless of the temperature and time they stay in the bath. If the conditions of use are respected, its duration is very long, in the order of years.

Usage
We recommend diluting FIPROSTEEL 757 1: 1 with tap water.
Immerse the pieces in the solution thus prepared at room temperature.
The immersion time can vary from a few minutes to over 1 or 2 hours, depending on the type of steel, its thickness, the type of oxide and the temperature.
During the cold season, if necessary, the solution can be heated, with rubber coils and steam passage, or Teflon-coated resistances, heat up to 30 ° C.
In order to avoid alterations in the bath, the duration of which would be compromised, the pieces must, if greasy, be previously degreased.
For a correct use, it is necessary to periodically reinforce the solution, in order to keep it in perfect active balance, by adding FIPROSTEEL 761.
