FIPROSTRIP 284 is a newly developed paint stripper free from chlorinated solvents, to increase operator safety and environmental impact.
Compared to paint strippers based on chlorinated solvents, it has a much lower evaporation rate (about 3-5 times less) and is not suspected to be carcinogenic. It does not contain phenols.
The product can be used alone or in combination with the alkaline additive FIPROPLUS 949. The combination of paint stripper and additive makes the bath very performing, especially on powder paints.

Usage and Applications
Use the product as it is, by immersion, preferably by moving the bath, the temperature from room up to 50 ° C, completely immersing the pieces until the paint is removed. Then rinse with plenty of water.
It is advisable to periodically remove paint deposits that accumulate on the bottom.
The containment tanks must be constructed of steel, preferably stainless.
Possibly provide for a neutralization / degreasing tank, where any paint stripper residue not removed with the first rinse is removed from the pieces.

Alimentation
Top-ups to maintain the volume of the paint stripping bath must always be carried out by adding FIPROSTRIP 284 and the FIPROPLUS 949 alkalinity corrector. Following these indications, it is possible to maintain a correct concentration of the solvent and alkaline component that is consumed during the stripping process.

Before using the product, read the relative safety data sheet for more information regarding storage and handling.
The solutions of the paint stripping bath and the rinsing water must be sent to a suitable waste treatment plant or to a specific company specialized in recovery and / or disposal.
IN ORDER TO KEEP THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCT UNCHANGED, IT MUST BE STORED AT TEMPERATURES BETWEEN 7 ° C AND 30 ° C.
