METALFIP 332 is an acid liquid product, formulated for the etching of aluminum and its alloys, before their surface conversion process.
Usage and Applications
METALFIP 332 can be used in aqueous solution, by immersion and by spray, under the following operating conditions:

Control of solutions
Free acidity:
Take 10 ml of bath
Dilute them in a flask with approximately 50 ml of distilled water
Add 3-5 drops of methyl orange indicator
Titrate with 0.1 N NaOH until the color changes from red to yellow
The ml of 0.1 N NaOH consumed gives the bath score
A bath prepared at 20 g / l has a score of approximately 18.

Add 1.1 kg of METALFIP 332 for each missing point and for each 1000 l of bath.
