The history of each Fiprokim product starts from afar. The company, indeed, has a research and development laboratory made up of technicians specialized in the various areas. The study of technical solutions and the selection and control of raw materials are only the first fundamental step in the process of formulating an effective product.
All Fiprokim product lines are produced at our headquarters in Altavilla Vicentina. The wide range of mixers and special equipment allows Fiprokim to have considerable productive capacity and technicians to have full control of every stage of the production process.
The laboratory also has the task of checking the chemical-physical parameters of the products and testing their effectiveness, offering the customer the safety of a tested product.
Customer support starts well before the sale.
The Fiprokim’s partnership philosophy provides the support of its technicians from the initial phase of the relation, when it is essential to know and understand the real customer needs. The Fiprokim laboratory, indeed, is able to analyze customer’s products and processes free of charge, and ensure after-sales assistance in cooperation with our Agents.

2 Formulations
Based on the technical objective to be achieved, the Research and Development laboratory studies and is able to propose various alternative and improvement solutions, to choose from, to the Customer. Numerous product lines have been studied and completed to meet customer and market needs in any field of application. Faced with particular requests, Fiprokim technicians are also able to formulate new ad hoc products.

3 Raw Materials
The Fiprokim laboratory, in compliance with ISO 9000 standards, carries out periodic evaluations of its suppliers. Furthermore, the research and development department continuously evaluates new raw materials. The Quality Control policy requires the verification of each raw material’s batch purchased by Fiprokim, as a further guarantee of the finished product’s quality and conformity.
Bio and eco-friendly
Among the raw materials purchased, there are also eco-friendly and biodegradable products in the Lubrofip 4500 and 5500 lines, studied and formulated with a bio approach.
4 Laboratory tests
All formulation ideas are tested in the Fiprokim laboratories. Only the formulations that pass all tests are included in the range of products offered to customers.
Production and Quality Control
The entire production chain is monitored and completed by the quality control of our analysis laboratory.
1 Product Production
Fiprokim has a production plant capable of ensuring the manufacturing of several tons of product for each batch.
The specialized operators follow the operative directions given by the development technicians, who control every phase of the production process.
2 Quality Control in the laboratory
Each produced batch is sampled and tested in the laboratory. The product is unloaded and packaged only after approval by Quality Control. In the laboratory all the samples coming from the production are kept for one year, thus guaranteeing the customer the complete traceability of the product he buys.
3 Packaging
Once the laboratory has certified the quality of the product, the operator proceeds with unloading from the mixer, packaging and labelling according to law. Fiprokim can guarantee the packaging of its products in different size, in accordance with the customer needs: from the smallest sizes, suitable for ready-to-use products, to the largest ones for the industries with high consumption.
4 Storage and Delivery
The competent office is therefore able to quickly organize the shipment and delivery of the product to the customer.

Warehouse
Furthermore, the Fiprokim plant has a large warehouse for storing products. This allows the main products to be stocked and then immediately ready for shipment.

Laboratory Analysis
Site inspection
Following the customer's request for contact, a meeting is arranged with our Technicians or Agents, to understand customer needs and direct them in choosing the product.

Lab Test
The Fiprokim laboratory offers the chance of free analysis of the products in use, in order to propose valid alternatives for the improvement of industrial processes.

Product Selection
Through a report signed by the Technical Office, the possible solutions studied by Fiprokim will be presented and explained, choosing among the range of products the one that most satisfies the Customer's requests and needs. Further advice can be provided with regard to the plant, to increase the effectiveness of the process through modifications or updates to the plant.
Customized formulation
The technical manager, after assessing the situation and the customer's needs, proposes the "tailor-made" technical solution choosing from the Fiprokim product range.
Particular customer needs can be met by Fiprokim Technicians by modifying existing formulations or formulating new ad hoc products.
Assistance and support for use
Dedicated assistance
The Fiprokim staff who followed the customer in the product choice is available for the start-up and testing of the plant in which the product will be used, and can also provide some assessments with regard to the plant to increase the efficiency of the process. Furthermore, in cooperation with our Agents, the monitoring of the process is planned also in the months following the sale and the first use, through visits and sampling to be sent to the analysis laboratory, with the drawing up of periodic reports.
