Technical features
FIPRO SG 589 is a highly efficient alkaline degreaser for pre-treatment cycles on steel. It can be used by immersion or spray on steel and stainless steel.
Usage and Applications
FIPRO SG 589 is used in aqueous solution, by spray or by immersion.
Operating conditions vary depending on how they are used, as described below.

Control of bathing
Take 10 ml of bath, pour them into a conical flask, add about 50 ml of demineralized water and 3 ÷ 5 drops of phenolphthalein indicator, titrate with 0.1 N sulfuric acid until the color changes from pink to colorless. The ml of acid consumed for the color change represents the degreaser score.
A bath prepared at a concentration of 20 g / l will have a score of 10.4 ml.
