Technical features
WATERFIP 879 is a denaturing product based on inorganic salts and polymers, particularly suitable for water-based paint particles from spray painting systems; it acts by breaking the paint emulsion with the attached enlargement of the flakes, the paint floats and is absolutely not adhesive. It is a liquid coagulant with a high charge density.
The product must be supported by a pH corrector in the tank and by a secondary one applied in the defanagator area, such as for example WATERFIP 876.

Usage and Applications
Dose WATERFIP 879 directly into the veil delivery pump. The dosage can vary from 2% up to a concentration of 20% on the over-spray.
The product is used as a primary coagulant for the removal of colloidal turbidity from surface or waste water; it can also be applied in water / oil separation.
In the presence of strong water movement, the product facilitates the floating of the paints, facilitating removal. The best performances are obtained with pH values of the booth water in the range 7.4 ÷ 8.3, therefore depending on the alkalinity brought by the paint, it may be necessary to correct the pH with a pH corrector (indicatively ratio 1 : 3-1: 4).
