Technical features
FIPRO AK 03 is a liquid, alkaline formulation based on corrosion inhibitors, filming, sequestering and dispersing agents. By means of its specific oxidation inhibitors, it prevents corrosion on metal surfaces and yellow alloys. The dispersing effect makes it possible to avoid encrustations due to the hardness of the water, which makes it suitable for use in recirculating and replenishing water.
It is also compatible with the most common antifreeze solutions on the market and at normal use concentrations it has no negative effects on the environment. FIPRO AK 03 is neither volatile nor flammable, it does not contain heavy metals with a toxic effect.

Usage and Applications
FIPRO AK 03 is suitable for closed and sealed cooling circuits that contain ferrous materials and copper alloys. It has strong anti-limescale and dispersant characteristics for circuits that use hard water as make-up.
FIPRO AK 03 should be dosed with an automatic system proportional to the reintegration; the introduction of the product must take place in a point where there is good turbulence. The dosage depends on several factors, it is advisable to maintain the concentrations set when the system is started up:
water with hardness higher than 10 ° F: 1,500 - 3,000 g / m3
fresh water up to 10 ° F 1,000 - 1,500 g / m3
demineralized water 500 - 1,000 g / m3
Average recommended dosage 2000 ppm.
Any turbidity of the product has no influence on the effectiveness. Since FIPRO AK 03 is alkaline, all materials in contact must be alkaline resistant.
