FIPROPLUS 720 is a slightly alkaline liquid detergent designed for degreasing ferrous material, aluminum, cast iron, steel in industry in general, with simultaneous protection from rust.

Usage and Applications
It is a formulation free from nitrites and mineral oils. Suitable for immersion for tightness control.
Indicated for the removal of machining oils, workshop dirt from any type of metal surface.
Thanks to its formulation it does not leave saline deposits on the treated parts, it does not cause encrustations and sludge.
It can be used without rinsing in single-stage washing machines, while it can be used as a passivating rinse in multi-stage systems. The degreasing phase can be assisted by surfactant additives, with the aim of increasing detergency and de-emulsifying the oil in the tank, allowing a better conduct of the process. The additives are identified in Fiproplus 924, 928, Fiproplus 701, Fiproplus 912 or 916.
FIPROPLUS 720 is easily soluble and does not cause foaming.

Control of bathing
Take 10 ml of bath, add a few drops of bromocresol green and titrate with 0.1 N acid (hydrochloric or sulfuric) until it turns from blue to yellow.
The ml of acid consumed represents the bath score.
A 5% bath has a score of approximately 6.5ml
Note: evaluate if the emulsifiable oil removed can affect the alkalinity of the bath, increasing it. If this phenomenon occurs, the consumption given by the alkalinity of the emulsifiable must be deducted from the value found.
Alimentation
Maintain the concentration value established at the start-up of the plant by the Fiprokim technical service.
For each missing point, add 7.7 kg of product for every 1000 liters of bath.
Storage
Avoid knocks and improper handling of the packaging which can cause the product to leak. Protect from frost, store away from heat sources, keep containers tightly closed.
