Technical features
WATERFIP C 202 is a liquid, highly alkaline flocculant-coagulant for paints. The product has been formulated and optimized in order to be able, in an economical way, to coagulate the oversprayed paint (otherwise difficult to treat) and make it, when required, easily dispersible in water with special equipment while also providing an effective antibacterial action.
Usage and Applications
WATERFIP C 202 is used to treat the water used in spray painting booths. The product effectively acts as a coagulant-denaturing agent in such a way as to prevent the oversprayed paint from adhering to tanks, pump walls, parts and equipment in general in the booth.
Being a liquid, WATERFIP C 202 is easy to dose and disperses quickly, uniformly and completely.
WATERFIP C 202 must be added to the recirculation system at a rate of 6-9 liters for every 1000 liters of water.
