FIPRO DISK 109 is a descaling agent based on inorganic and organic acids, dust-removing dispersants and corrosion inhibitors. It is particularly suitable for the removal of encrustations in phosphodegreasing tunnels, as it does not require careful rinsing because its composition is compatible with any phosphodegreaser. Free of chlorides. The composition of FIPRO DISK 109 is suitable for the deoxidation of iron products and for the removal of welding residues. Also applicable on oxidation of yellow alloys.

Usage and Applications
FIPRO DISK 109 is normally used in aqueous solution at concentrations between 2% and 20%, at temperatures ranging from 30 to 60 ° C.
It is advisable to start the descaling operations with the minimum concentrations and gradually increase the product additions, checking both the residual acidity and the state of the encrustations.

Control of bathing
The correct dosage of FIPRO DISK 109 is determined during the system start-up phase. No specific analytical controls are required for the product, the dosage of which is conditioned by the final descaling result required.
For a deoxidizing use:
Take 10 ml of bath
Add 5-6 drops of Verdebromocresol Indicator. The solution will turn yellow
Titrate with sodium hydrate NaOH 1N until turning to bottle green
The ml consumed represents the bathroom score. For each 0.1 missing point, for 1000 liters of bath, add 1.8 kg of product.
Storage
Avoid knocks and improper handling of the packaging which can cause the product to leak. Protect from freezing, store away from heat sources, keep containers tightly closed.
