The process
Molding processes are widespread in all manufacturing sectors, from the metal industry to that of plastic and glass. Hand in hand with the evolution and development of modern molding methods, numerous auxiliary products have been created, called release agents or non-stick products, which are essential for the process itself.
These products in fact facilitate the detachment of the mold from its mold, allowing to obtain qualitatively better moldings, with a higher quality surface finish, and also allow to speed up the detachment or demolding operations. This allows for an increase in productivity and a reduction in process and management costs, with smaller quantities of non-conforming pieces and an increase in the useful life of the molds themselves.
