The process
Pickling is the process of removing oxides from metal surfaces through solubilization in a chemical medium.
It is a fundamental process in the modern manufacturing industry, an indispensable process that involves all industrial sectors where any metalworking takes place.
Through this treatment, it is possible to remove surface defects and impurities such as oxides (thermal, due to corrosion, or welding) and processing residues, restoring the quality of the material which inevitably undergoes alterations during the processing phase.

Degreasers and pickling agents for carbon steel, galvanized steel, as well as aluminum, copper and their alloys. They allow for the removal of contaminants and oxides from the surface of the workpieces, finding application in brightening, surface cleaning and preparation, and etching in preparation for painting.
