The Fiprokim laboratory supports the customer from product selection to after-sales service. Before supply, it assists technicians and agents in evaluating materials, equipment, processing, soil to be removed, dosage, and the required result. After product startup, it can perform analyses and checks on the working baths, verifying parameters such as concentration, pH, titer, density, oils, bacterial contamination, and emulsion stability. The history of Fiprokim:
from the laboratory to industrial production
1994 Fiprokim is born in the heart of the industrial North East
Fiprokim was founded in the heart of the Triveneto region, in an area characterized by a strong manufacturing, metalworking, and industrial vocation.
The need for effective chemical products that are easier to handle for users and more mindful of the working environment drove Sergio Pranovi to found a company focused on formulation, in-house production, and technical customer support.
From the very beginning, Fiprokim chose not to be a simple supplier, but a technical partner for companies working with metals, surfaces, and systems.
1999 ISO 9000 Certification
The company obtains ISO 9000 certification, confirming the path taken towards a structured and controlled quality management system.
The certification becomes a foundation for consolidating internal processes, quality control, traceability, and technical support.
2002 The R&D laboratory
The in-house laboratory becomes one of the company's focal points.
New research enables Fiprokim to develop increasingly effective products, with greater focus on performance, safety of use, the working environment, and industrial process management.

2011 The new headquarters with the in-house laboratory
In 2011, Fiprokim inaugurated its new headquarters in Altavilla Vicentina, with spaces dedicated to offices, warehouse, production, and a research and development laboratory.
The new facility allows for the strengthening of internal production control and improves the capacity to respond to customer needs.

2015 Metalworking fluids for machining
Fiprokim develops new lines dedicated to metalworking fluids for metal machining.
Thanks to the know-how acquired in the company's laboratories, formulations are created to meet the needs of machine shops, machine tools, centralized systems, and operations such as turning, milling, drilling, tapping, and grinding.
The goal is to offer products capable of contributing to emulsion stability, foam and odor control, proper lubrication, and tool protection.
2024 Industrial paint stripping
Fiprokim is investing in a new department dedicated to industrial paint stripping, further expanding its expertise in metal surface treatment.
The experience gained in chemical products for degreasing, pickling, and metal treatment is thus integrated with a specific service for removing paint and coatings from industrial surfaces.
