The process
Degreasing and cleaning operations are essential for proper industrial processing, and are therefore highly widespread in every production sector, accompanying the production of finished products at every stage of their processing.
These treatments allow for the removal of light oxides in raw materials (bars, rounds, extrusions), neat and emulsifiable oils in semi-finished products, and are also indispensable as a final treatment on finished products to promote preservation after storage (corrosion protection) and any subsequent processes, such as painting.
Our degreasers and detergents
Fiprokim offers a wide range of specific products for the removal of organic and inorganic contaminants from multi-material surfaces, components, and semi-finished products.
Our formulations are divided into two main families:
FIPRO SG: multi-material degreasing products, designed for the removal of any type of oily contamination, oxidation, and deposits. They can be used both as a final treatment and as an intermediate process
ULTRAFIP: a line of detergents specifically designed for ultrasonic applications, thanks to tailored formulations capable of increasing their effectiveness. Ideal for removing neat oils, emulsions, greases, polishing pastes, scale, and machining residues.
Processes and materials
Reaming, boring, milling, counterboring, lapping, punching, grinding, sawing, turning of materials such as iron, steel, alloy steels, carbon steels, aluminum, stainless steel, yellow alloys such as brass and copper, titanium, galvanized sheet metal.
