Our line of cleaners and degreasers specifically designed for ultrasonic applications, with specific formulas to increase efficacy and durability. A wide range of chemicals to degrease surfaces and multi-material components from whole oils, emulsions, greases, polishing pastes, encrustations and machining residues.
Multi-material effectiveness
Similar to the products in the FIPRO SG line, these formulations cover a wide range of materials and surfaces: different series of both carbon and stainless steels, galvanised, aluminium, and light alloys such as zamak. Very suitable for the treatment of yellow alloys, precious materials and plastics, especially for the removal of machining pastes. The products in this line are adapted to many process conditions, but are specially formulated for use with tanks or ultrasonic washers. They are therefore suitable for washing medium and small components, particularly small parts or products with complex geometries. In fact, these formulations stand out for promoting the effectiveness of the vibrational action of ultrasound, ensuring deep cleaning even where immersion degreasers cannot reach.
Use and Conduct
The products in the Ultrafip line are simple and immediate to use, and for each one our technical service will be able to give guidance on how to run them, very often a simple top-up. This, combined with the quality of our formulations, ensures maximum effectiveness and longevity of our ultrasound products, guaranteeing the customer performance and savings. In addition, periodic checks by our technicians can be arranged to ensure the perfect running of your industrial process.

ULTRAFIP LINE
ULTRAFIP 605
Based on organic acids, additivated with surfactants. Suitable for removing oils and tumbling and polishing pastes used in eyewear and cutlery. For stainless steel, aluminium, plastic, brass, copper, galvanised material (after testing). On brass and copper it exerts a deoxidising and polishing action.
ULTRAFIP 627
Alkaline product, based on soaps, surfactants, sequestering agents, cosolvents and amines, free of mineral salts. Suitable for removing oils, grease, polishing pastes, tumbling, lapping, from stainless steel, aluminium, plastic. On brass and copper it also exerts a deoxidising and bleaching action.
