The process
Welding processes have become fundamental in metalworking, and are now used in every industrial sector.
.The development that these processes have undergone over the years has led to the emergence of numerous variants, and at the same time special products called fluxes and protectors have been created for each of them, which are used to optimise the welding process itself.
Whether oxy-acetylene, electrode, laser, MIG, TIG, submerged arc or plasma welding is used, it is essential to use these products to eliminate and prevent defects from forming during machining.
While fluxes ensure excellent flowability of molten or filler material, protective products exert an anti-oxidising action on the surface of the treated material, preventing the formation of thermal oxides, stains and halos on the finished workpiece.
Our welding products
Our Fiproflux line consists of effective ready-to-use products that perform a dual function when welding. In fact, our products have a very complete formulation that allows them to act both as fluxing agents, favouring the flow of molten metal and the filling of voids, and as protectors, preventing the formation of unsightly thermal oxide stains on the surface of the treated material. With the use of these products, welding is smoother and safer, reducing the formation of defects and thus ensuring a higher final quality.
