Fiprokim and drilling and broaching oils

The products of the LUBROFIP lines dedicated to drilling, deep-hole drilling and broaching operations are formulated in the Fiprokim laboratories after a careful selection of raw materials and rigorous control tests, and are manufactured at the Fiprokim plant in Altavilla Vicentina.

Types

These products, used neat or emulsified in water, find application in CNC machines (computer numerical control machines), machining centers, lathes, milling machines, single-spindle and multi-spindle machines, saws, drills, gear cutting machines, slotting machines, boring machines, threading machines, tapping machines, and thread rolling machines.

Processes and materials

Reaming, boring, milling, counterboring, lapping, punching, grinding, sawing, turning of materials such as iron, steel, alloy steels, carbon steels, aluminum, stainless steel, yellow alloys such as brass and copper, titanium, galvanized material.
