Fiprokim and turning oils

The products of the LUBROFIP lines dedicated to cutting and chip-forming turning operations are formulated in the Fiprokim laboratories after a careful selection of raw materials and rigorous control tests.
They are manufactured at the Fiprokim plant in Altavilla Vicentina and can be used in multiple machine tools and for numerous machining operations.

Machine tools

These products, used neat or emulsified in water, find application in CNC machines (computer numerical control machines), machining centers, lathes, milling machines, single-spindle and multi-spindle machines, saws, drills, gear cutting machines, slotting machines, boring machines, threading machines, tapping machines, and thread rolling machines.

Processes and materials

Reaming, boring, milling, counterboring, lapping, punching, grinding, sawing, turning of materials such as iron, steel, alloy steels, carbon steels, aluminum, stainless steel, yellow alloys such as brass and copper, titanium, galvanized material.
