The process
Pre-painting processes are fundamental for obtaining a homogeneous polymer coating, and above all they are essential for the corrosion resistance of the painted product.
In fact, a correct pre-painting process guarantees not only better aesthetic quality, but also a very strong adhesion of the paint, greatly increasing resistance to atmospheric agents and wear phenomena such as scratches and abrasions, preventing paint detachment from the underlying surface, even in harsh environmental conditions.
The Fiprokim lines
Fiprokim offers numerous products designed specifically for pre-painting processes.
Our two product lines, FIPROPHOS and FIPROCOAT, consist of multi-metal formulations, both liquid and gel, which adapt to numerous process conditions, allowing them to be used in a wide range of applications and sectors.
The FIPROPHOS line consists of multi-metal phosphating and phospho-degreasing products, with innovative and guaranteed effective formulations, capable of significantly increasing the quality of the painting on the treated products.
The FIPROCOAT line, on the other hand, is composed of recent multi-metal formulations for the deposition of a protective nanometric coating, which guarantees excellent corrosion protection and outstanding paint adhesion.
A third product line, called FIPRO SG, represents an excellent solution for pre-painting processes, consisting of a wide range of degreasing products capable of removing any type of residue from the surface of the manufactured parts, thus allowing effective and long-lasting paint adhesion on all types of metal surfaces, both ferrous and non-ferrous.

They ensure a homogeneous substrate that protects manufactured parts and surfaces from corrosion, guaranteeing excellent adhesion for any paint or coating.
LINE FIPROPHOS
A wide range of phospho-degreasing products capable of ensuring cleaning and the simultaneous deposition of amorphous or crystalline phosphate coatings on multi-metal surfaces or components.
They ensure a homogeneous substrate that protects manufactured parts and surfaces from corrosion, guaranteeing excellent adhesion for paints and subsequent conversion treatments (chromating).
