Metal Degreasers FIPRO SG Line
A very wide range of degreasing products, suitable for any type of metal and non-metal surface.
Acidic or alkaline in nature, they are designed to remove oily or inter-operational contamination, as well as light oxidation. Suitable for numerous applications, metal cleaners from the FIPRO SG LINE can be used both as a final treatment and as an intermediate process, preceding, for example, electroplating or painting treatments.
Multi-material degreasing effectiveness
The numerous formulations of Fiprokim metal cleaners cover a wide range of materials and surfaces: from carbon steel to stainless steel, from galvanized steel to aluminum, as well as cast iron, zamak, copper, yellow alloys, and plastic.
The products of the FIPRO SG line, in both liquid and powder form, adapt to numerous process conditions and guarantee the complete removal of any type of residue: neat oils (stamping, rolling, drawing), emulsifiable oils (CNC), protectives and phosphate coatings (sheet metal and coils), polymer films and silicones, pastes, greases, as well as metal shavings and particulates.
Use and Operation
The metal cleaners of the FIPRO SG line can be used manually, in immersion tanks, in spray machines (tunnel, screw, etc.), parts washers, high-pressure systems, with spray lances, and with pressure washers. They can also be used in ultrasonic tanks or systems, as an alternative to the more specific products of the ULTRAFIP line.
Each product is accompanied by a simple and practical user and operating manual (in the case of immersion or spray application), custom-made if necessary for the individual customer by Fiprokim Technicians. This, combined with the quality of our formulations, ensures maximum effectiveness and longevity for our degreasing products, guaranteeing performance and savings for the customer.
