PRODOTTI PER LA RIMOZIONE DI CONTAMINANTI ORGANICI E INORGANICI DA SUPERFICI MULTIMETAL

Technical specifications

Slightly alkaline liquid degreaser formulated for the pre-treatment of metals and aluminium in particular in pre-painting cycles.
In order to give the product greater cleaning power against oily contamination, it is advisable to use a detergent condensate that our Technical Service will be able to suggest depending on the cycle and operating conditions (e.g. our FIPROPLUS 701).

Bathroom control

Bath control is based on an acid-base titration according to the following methodology:

- Take 10 ml of liquor.
. - Add about 10 ml of distilled water and a few drops of methyl orange indicator.
- Titrate with 0.1 N hydrochloric acid (HCl 0.1 N) from yellow to a persistent red colour.

Let V1 be the volume in ml of acid used for titration. For a fresh bath prepared at a concentration of 20 g/l  V1 = 5; this value is the initial bath score.
The number of ml of HCl N/10 consumed by the titration multiplied by 4 gives the concentration in g/l of the bath.
