FIPRO SG 562 is a low-foaming liquid degreaser suitable for cleaning all metals, both in spray washing machines and immersion tanks.
Ideal for removing, even at low temperatures, the most stubborn contaminants such as oils, greases, stamping and drawing pastes, and carbonized oils.
FIPRO SG 562 provides, if not rinsed, temporary rust protection on ferrous materials. FIPRO SG 562 is suitable for cleaning aluminum and stainless steel molds in the pork and beef processing industries.
Use and Applications
Spray application:
Use concentrations from 20 to 100 g/l with water. Temperature of 30-70° C and contact time of 1-3 minutes. Follow with a cold water rinse except where rust protection is required.
Immersion and ultrasonic application:
Use concentrations from 50 to 100 g/l with water. Temperature from 55-75° C for at least 3 minutes or more. Follow with a cold water rinse. For ultrasonic applications, use the lower concentrations.

Bath control
Take 10 ml of the solution to be analyzed and transfer it into a glass beaker (or conical flask), add 20 ml of distilled water. Add 5-8 drops of PHENOLPHTHALEIN indicator. The solution will turn PINK. Titrate the resulting solution, while stirring, with N/10 HCl until it turns colorless. This color change indicates the end of the titration.
