Bathroom control
Take 10 ml of bath, pour into a flask, add about 50 ml of demineralised water and 3 ÷ 5 drops of phenolphthalein indicator, titrate with 0.1 N sulphuric acid until the colour changes from pink to colourless. The ml of acid consumed for colour change represents the degreasing score, which for a bath prepared at 20 g/l is 11.4 points. For a liquor prepared at 80 g/l, the score is 45.6 points.

Power supply
The liquor must be maintained at the set point at the time of plant start-up by additions of FIPRO SG 596 at a rate of 1.75 kg for each missing point and for each 1000 l of solution. Fiprokim's Technical Service, at start-up, will recommend the best additive to use according to the type of material to be treated, the method of use and the type of plant.
Storage
All parts in contact with FIPRO SG 596 can be made of chrome nickel steel, AISI 321 or chrome nickel molybdenum, AISI 316Ti.
