FIPRO SG 592 is an acidic liquid product formulated for degreasing all metals (including precious metals), preferably in ultrasonic systems.
Usage and Applications
FIPRO SG 592 is used in an aqueous solution, by immersion, under the following operating conditions:
Bath temperature: 45° to 80°C (in ultrasonic baths 45° to 50°C)
Treatment time: 1' to 5' ( in ultrasonic baths from 30" to 90")
Bath formation 10 to 50 g/l (in ultrasonic baths 30 g/l)

Bathroom control
Take 50 ml of the bath with a calibrated pipette, place in an Erlenmeyer flask, dilute with distilled water and add 5 - 8 drops of bromocresol green indicator. Titrate with 0.1 N caustic soda until the colour changes from yellow to blue.
The number of ml of 0.1N caustic soda consumed for the colour change gives the bath score of FIPRO SG 592.
A bath prepared at 30 g/l has a score of about 18.

Power supply
Fill the liquor with FIPRO SG 592 at a rate of 1.8 kgs for each missing point and for every 1000 l of liquor.
Fiprokim Technical Service will provide the optimal conditions of use during plant start-up, based on the type of contaminant to be removed and the type of plant used.
Storage
All material that comes into contact with the FIPRO SG 592 must be made of acid-resistant material (preferably, AISI 316L stainless steel).
