Technical features
FIPRO AK 50 is a multifunctional product based on deoxygenated organic agents, antiscalants and dispersants, capable of inhibiting corrosion phenomena in boiler water and steam / condensate lines.
FIPRO AK 50 reacts with the oxygen present and promotes a protective film of magnetite on the metal walls. The product acts as a neutralizer of CO2 by raising the pH of the steam and condensates in order to keep it within the optimal limits for anticorrosive protection. The product has an excellent anti-scaling capacity towards hardness salts that can inadvertently enter the boiler.

Usage and Applications
FIPRO AK 50 is used in systems for the conditioning of the water of low and medium pressure generators and also in hot and superheated water circuits.

Control of bathing
Take 10 ml of bath, pour them into a conical flask, add about 50 ml of demineralized water and 3 ÷ 5 drops of phenolphthalein indicator, titrate with 0.1 N sulfuric acid until the color changes from pink to colorless. The ml of acid consumed for toning represent the degreaser score which for a bath prepared at 20 g / l is equal to 11.4 points. For a bath prepared at 80 g / l, the score is 45.6 points.
Alimentation
The dosage of FIPRO AK 50 is based on the dissolved oxygen content in the feed water and on the pH of the condensate which must be controlled in the range from 8.8 to 9 with a minimum of 8.2.
FIPRO AK 50 can be dosed as it is or diluted with demineralized water in any ratio, and injected into the water supply line in the boiler.
Storage
FIPRO AK 50 is supplied in different packages and should be stored in closed containers away from direct sunlight. The product, if stored under the recommended conditions, is stable for one year.
