Usage and Applications
Transport vehicle maintenance
The FIPRO DET 662 is used for the maintenance of vehicles such as: trucks, buses, railway carriages, tankers or any other means of transport. It can be applied by brushes or by spray.
FIPRO DET 662 cleans external surfaces quickly and easily without affecting the normal brilliance of the paint or decal lettering. It is excellent for cleaning plastic interiors. Applied by high pressure spray or with steam, it is effective in removing road dirt, oil, grease, traces of burnt fuel from trolleys or bodywork.
Maintenance in the workshop
Furthermore, FIPRO DET 662 used pure or diluted in water, is used for the immersion degreasing of engine mounted parts; applied with rags degreases and cleans heavy machinery, trolleys, runners, floors, etc.
Cleaning of large plants, rolling machinery, trucks, buses, etc.
Apply FIPRO DET 662 diluted with water up to 50% according to the type and quantity of dirt to be removed. Leave the solution in contact with the dirt for a few minutes. If necessary, apply a second time, then rinse with a strong jet of water and dry.
If possible apply with high pressure pumps.
When working outdoors it is recommended to work in the shade and not in full sun.
Cleaning with steam or high pressure pumps
Prepare 20% solutions in the detergent compartment.
At the exit you will have the right concentration of use (0.2-2%).
FIPRO DET 662 is also ideal for use with compressed air pumps.
Cleaning walls, floors and painted surfaces
Apply FIPRO DET 662 diluted with water (1 part in 20 parts of water) or more concentrated as appropriate. Scrub with brushes and then rinse and dry.
It is ideal for cleaning stubborn dirt without damaging the underlying surfaces.
Immersion tanks
FIPRO DET 662 can replace dangerous solvents in the degreasing of parts dirty with oils, greases or cleaning pastes. For this purpose it must be used cold, pure or diluted 50% with water. Leave the parts immersed for the necessary time (even overnight if necessary), then rinse with a strong jet of cold water.
It is regularly used in repair shops also as a substitute for solvent-based descalers.
