FIPROPLUS 912 is an additive to increase the degreasing power of alkaline or acid detergent solutions. It has a very high wetting and solvent power against pollutants that are difficult to eliminate and different types of oils.
FIPROPLUS 912 contains elements that break the emulsion, i.e. separate the aqueous phase from the oily phase. This means that once the product has been degreased, the oily phase is separated (usually brought to the surface) and does not interfere with the subsequent washing.
Inside, this additive contains particular surfactants that stop the formation of foam.
Thanks to its formulation, FIPROPLUS 912 is therefore suitable for working even at low temperatures.
Usage and Applications
It is used in alkaline degreasing cycles and in spray phosphodegreasing baths.
It is used for occasional additions at concentrations of about 10% of the concentration of the product to be added (for each kg of degreasing / phospho-degreasing product, dose 100 grams of FIPROPLUS 912).
