FIPROPLUS 934 is an alkaline liquid detergent designed for the degreasing of ferrous material, cast iron, steel in industry in general, with simultaneous protection from rust. It is a formulation free from nitrites and mineral oils. Suitable for immersion for tightness control.
It has high cleaning properties even at very low concentrations. Indicated for the removal of machining oils, workshop dirt from any type of metal surface.
Thanks to its formulation it does not leave saline deposits on the treated parts, it does not cause encrustations and sludge.
It can be used without rinsing in single-stage washing machines, while it can be used as a passivating rinse in multi-stage systems.
Usage and Applications
FIPROPLUS 934 is easily soluble and does not cause foaming. Its solutions are stable in wide concentration ranges and even in extreme conditions of use (high temperatures, high pressures and high water hardness). Ideal as an interoperational degreaser.
The product is particularly suitable for hard waters.

Working temperature: from room to 60 ° C
Concentration of product for bath formation: 10 - 50 g / l
Treatment time: from 30 ”to 10 minutes
The Fiprokim Technical Service will provide the optimal parameters for use at the start of the process, based on the type of dirt to be removed and the type of system.

Control of bathing
Take 10 ml of bath, add a few drops of bromcresol green and titrate with HCl (hydrochloric acid) 0.1 N until it turns from blue to yellow.
Concentration g / l of FIPROPLUS 934 = 0.1 N x 2.1 ml acid.
