Technical features
WATERFIP 840 is an anionic liquid flocculant in aqueous emulsion. The absence of organic solvents makes the product with a very low environmental impact. The product is effective in a pH range from 6 to 14 and can be used alone or together with primary inorganic and organic coagulants depending on the application.

Usage and Applications
Fields of use:
Clarification tanks,
Dewatering of sludge of inorganic origin
The WATERFIP 840 is well suited for wastewater from any industrial sector. In sludge dewatering, the product is well suited for inorganic sludge from the metallurgical, iron and steel industry, brick, mineral extraction, aggregate washing, primary water clarifiers, etc.
The dosage of WATERFIP 840 must be sought case by case after laboratory tests and then in the plant.
WATERFIP 840 must be applied in aqueous solution at a concentration not exceeding 5%. Two techniques can be used for the preparation.
Stock solution
It consists in preparing a solution at a maximum concentration of 5% in water with a paddle stirrer (avoid propellers) at 200-500 rpm, leaving for a maximum of 30 minutes. If you do not have an agitator, you can use a pump by recirculating the solution inside the preparation tank. The solution remains active for about 24 hours.Online dissolution
It consists in making the product come into contact with the dissolving water, at a maximum concentration of 5%, using a special "static mixer". Given the low viscosity of the product, in cases where conditions allow it, WATERFIP 840 can also be used as it is.
