Products for the clarification and purification of industrial water, both waste and process. The line is divided into two groups, coagulants and flocculants, to be used in chemical-physical or dynamic purification plants and for water treatment in painting booths.
Effectiveness
The Waterfip product line offers solutions with proven efficacy, suitable for the treatment of any type of paint, whether water-based, solvent-based, polyester, polyurethane, etc.
The numerous formulations can be used in a large variety of systems, such as water veil cabins with skimmers, blast chillers or dirt separators. The various formulations, both liquid and powder, are characterized by different compositions and additives and adapt with great effectiveness to the most varied process conditions, such as the presence of several types of paints, or the non-negligible presence of solvents. The high quality of the raw materials guarantees not only the complete intertization of the paints but also an excellent clarification of the water, offering the customer not only effectiveness but also savings in dosages and waste treatment.
Use and Operation
The products of the Waterfip line are easy and ready to use, and can be combined with automated dosing systems (we offer different models of dosing pumps), augers (for powder products) or used with manual dosing.
Our Technical Department will provide you with all information regarding the correct use of these formulations, and will be available for a first start, so as to immediately identify the suitable concentrations and the ideal settings to ensure maximum effectiveness of the process.
