WATERFIP 870 is a polymer-based denaturing product, particularly suitable for water-based paint particles from spray painting systems; it acts by breaking the paint emulsion with an associated enlargement of the flocs, the paint floats and is completely non-adhesive. It is a liquid coagulant with a high charge density. The product does not need to be assisted by a pH adjuster in the tank, only by a secondary product applied in the sludge separator area, such as WATERFIP 876.

Use and Applications
Dose WATERFIP 870 directly into the water curtain delivery pump. The dosage can vary from 2% up to a concentration of 10% on the overspray. The optimal operating conditions will be established by the Fiprokim Technical Service during the system start-up phase. In the presence of strong water movement, the product promotes the flotation of paint, facilitating its removal.

Please refer to the product Safety Data Sheet and labeling, which contain the instructions for correct and safe use. For effluent disposal, follow current regulations. Store the product at temperatures between 5 and 40 °C. Protect from frost.
