Products for the clarification and purification of industrial wastewater and process water. The line is divided into two groups, coagulants and flocculants, for use in chemical-physical or dynamic purification plants and for water treatment in spray booths.
Effectiveness
The WATERFIP product line offers proven solutions for the treatment of all types of paint, whether water-based, solvent-based, polyester, polyurethane, etc. The numerous formulations can be used in a wide variety of installations, such as water curtain booths with skimmers, scrubbers or defangers. The various formulations, both liquid and powder, are characterised by different compositions and additives and adapt very effectively to the most varied process conditions, such as the presence of several types of paint, or the not inconsiderable presence of solvents. The high quality of the raw materials guarantees not only the complete intertilisation of the paints but also excellent water clarification, offering the customer not only efficiency but also savings in dosing and waste treatment.
Use and Conduct
The products of the WATERFIP line are easy and ready to use, and can be combined with automated dosing systems (we offer different models of dosing pumps), augers (for powder products) or used with manual dosing. Our Technical Department will provide you with all information regarding the correct use of these formulations, and will be at your disposal for an initial start-up, so that you can immediately identify the right concentrations and ideal settings to ensure maximum process efficiency.
