Products for the clarification and treatment of industrial water, both wastewater and process water. The line is divided into two groups, coagulants and flocculants, for use in chemical-physical or dynamic treatment plants and for water treatment in paint booths.
Effectiveness
The WATERFIP product line offers solutions of proven efficacy, suitable for treating all types of paint, whether water-based, solvent-based, polyester, polyurethane, etc.
The numerous formulations can be used in a wide variety of systems, such as water-curtain spray booths with skimmers, scrubbers, or sludge separators. The various formulations, both liquid and powder, are characterized by different compositions and additives, adapting with great efficacy to the most diverse process conditions, such as the presence of multiple types of paint or a significant presence of solvents. The high quality of the raw materials guarantees not only the complete inertization of the paints but also excellent water clarification, offering the customer not only effectiveness but also savings in dosage and waste treatment.
Use and Operation
The products in the WATERFIP line are easy and ready to use, and can be combined with automated dosing systems (we offer various models of dosing pumps), screw conveyors (for powder products), or used with manual dosing.
Our Technical Department will provide you with all the information regarding the correct use of these formulations, and will be at your disposal for the initial start-up, in order to immediately identify the appropriate concentrations and ideal settings to guarantee maximum process efficiency.
