II WATERFIP F 215 is a primary coagulant based on a mixture of polymeric cationic agents and inorganic iron salts, the application of which results in easily sedimentable large-sized flakes. It is particularly suitable for the destabilisation of organo-metallic clots such as oily emulsions, dispersions from dyes and/or glazes and effluents containing phosphoric residues.

Usage and Applications
WATERFIP F 215 exerts its action through the synergy of its components tending to destabilise the clots of pollutants present.
The effect is immediate, although under certain conditions a longer reaction time may be required. The optimal working pH is between 4: 6.
.Following the action of the product, one can move on to the neutralisation phase and then to the dosage of organic polyelectrolytes to complete the clariflocculation process. The use of WATERFIP F 215, by favouring the complete decaracterisation of pollutant loads, makes it possible to obtain a sludge that can be easily dewatered.
WATERFIP F 215 can be fed as such or pre-mixed at any ratio with water.
The dosing of WATERFIP F 215 depends on many factors, such as type/quantity of pollutants present, existing system, etc., and must be determined for each specific application by means of a Jar-Test study. It is however important to carry out this dosing if possible at a point of adequate turbulence.

Storage
All materials in contact with the product must be acid-resistant.
WATERFIP F 215 must be stored in its original packaging in a dry and ventilated place.
The parameters expressed in the standard of use are to be considered of a general nature and not binding for a correct handling of the treatment. The Technical Service, on a case-by-case basis, will define the optimal management and control parameters when starting up the system, and if quality requirements make it necessary, will modify these parameters, taking care to update the values.
