Technical specifications
WATERFIP 879 is a denaturing product based on inorganic salts and polymers, particularly suitable for water-based paint particles from spray painting systems; it acts by breaking up the paint emulsion with the associated enlargement of the flakes, the paint floats and is absolutely non-adhesive. It is a liquid coagulant with high charge density.
.The product must be supported by a pH corrector in the tank and a secondary one applied in the defanager area, such as WATERFIP 876.

Usage and Applications
Dosage of WATERFIP 879 directly into the overspray. The dosage can vary from 2% up to a concentration of 20% on the over-spray.
The product is used as a primary coagulant for the removal of colloidal-type turbidity from surface or waste water; it can also be applied in water/oil separation.
The product in the presence of strong water movement facilitates paint flotation and facilitates removal. The best performance is obtained with cabin water pH values in the range 7.4 ÷ 8.3, so depending on the alkalinity brought by the paint, it may be necessary to correct the pH with a pH corrector (approx. ratio 1:3-1:4 ).
