WATERFIP 849 is a product based on high-quality powdered activated carbon, obtained through the physical activation of selected raw materials using heat and steam.
It has excellent adsorbent properties due to its unique porous structure and is therefore suitable for all applications requiring the removal of large quantities of pollutants, even at low product dosages.
Use and Applications
WATERFIP 849 adsorbs a wide range of organic substances including phenols, tannins, and chlorine derivatives. The product is also used for the purification of water intended for human consumption, as well as in the treatment of civil and industrial wastewater.
WATERFIP 849 is particularly suitable for the treatment of water with high surfactant content.
It also finds application in the pharmaceutical and fine chemical industries.
