FIPRO DEFOAM 153 is a silicone-free defoamer with a wide application in industrial water purification operations, in the textile and tanning industry, and in the production of water-based paints and waxes.
It is characterised by a low degree of creep and the absence of stratification even at low temperatures.
It is produced with a mixture of oils suitably treated in order to obtain a fast and continuous anti-foaming effect.

Usage and Applications
When purifying industrial water, the use of 1-10 p.p.m- of FIPRO DEFOAM 153 defoamers is recommended.
FIPRO DEFOAM 153 defoamer is effective against surfactant foams, finishing resins (vinyl, acrylic and mixed), wax emulsions, protein derivatives, anionic, non-ionic, cationic foaming products.
FIPRO DEFOAM 153 defoamers can be used as it is or diluted with 10% approx. in water, in the latter case it is recommended to stir the emulsion at 10% before use.
