FIPRO DEFOAM 171 is a recently formulated, milky-looking, medium-dry silicone emulsion obtained thanks to a modern processing method, which allows to maximize the characteristics of silicone as an active ingredient capable of rapidly deaerating the bubbles on the surface.
Usage and Applications
The use of new processing techniques of the raw material, in combination with a low dose of non-ionogenic emulsifiers, which do not interfere in the systems in which they are introduced, give FIPRO DEFOAM 171 not only an immediate anti-foam effect but also a prolonged action that prevents the re-formation of foaming bubbles.
The product has been successfully used in water purification, in the paper and tanning industry and in all industrial processes where it is necessary to reduce or prevent foam. Suitable for evaporators.
