FIPRO DEFOAM 180 has been designed for the suppression of persistent foams that
form with the use of acrylic or vinyl resins, cationic or anionic surfactants, or with processing residues in the tanning, textile, and electroplating industries, and municipal wastewater in general.
The product disperses on the water surface and begins its action immediately. It leaves an extremely thin, barely perceptible film on the surface that is capable of constantly breaking newly formed foam bubbles.
Use and Applications
It is recommended to use FIPRO DEFOAM 180 as is and to introduce it at a point where water turbulence can promote its maximum dispersion. Optimal dosages are determined through preliminary tests and vary depending on the type of liquid to be treated.
Our experience suggests using 1 to 3 parts of product per 10,000 parts of liquid to be treated.

Stability and Storage
The storage temperature should preferably be between 5 and 35 °C. The product is sensitive to frost.
