FIPRO DET 672 is an alkaline degreasing product for iron, steel, and painted surfaces. To be used by immersion, manually (with suitable gloves), or with a pressure washer.
FIPRO DET 672 is a product based on soaps, surfactants, co-solvents, and antioxidants for iron.
Can also be used as a cleaner for water-based inks and related machinery parts.
Leaves a light film that temporarily protects, for a few hours, the unrinsed iron workpiece.

Use and Applications
FIPRO DET 672 is used in degreasing and water-soluble ink removal operations on iron and steel components at concentrations ranging from 5% to 30% with contact times from a few minutes to 12 hours.
The results of application tests on painted material show excellent cleaning results without any damage to paints, mold profiles, plastic and rubber parts, even after 96 hours of immersion in a 30% bath.
To avoid residues, although the product does not contain salts, it is recommended to rinse the washed surface with water.

Bath control
Dose from 5 to 30 Kg of FIPRO DET 672 for every 100 liters of bath. Homogenize and proceed to determine the titre.
Take 10 ml of bath, dilute with 50 ml of demineralized water and add 5-6 drops of bromocresol green. The solution will turn blue. Add 0.1N acid with a graduated pipette until the color changes from blue to yellow. The ml of acid consumed indicate the bath points, which for a 5% solution will be 2.4, while for a 30% bath it will be approx. 14 points.
Power supply
For each missing point and for every 100 liters of bath, add 2,1 kg of FIPRO DET 672.
