FIPROPLUS 922 is a product designed to be used as a de-emulsifier in washing and degreasing processes and to obtain an excellent floating effect of the oils and fats emulsified in the baths.
Due to its ionic character, FIPROPLUS 922 is miscible and compatible with both non-ionic and cationic surfactants.
Compatible with all metals.
Usage and Applications
The dosage of FIPROPLUS 922 depends on the quantity of emulsified oils and fats present in the bath.
It is therefore advisable to carry out preliminary tests in the laboratory and in the plant to determine the exact dosages of the product.
Indicatively, the dosage is between 0.05% and 2% on the bath.
According to the customer's needs, FIPROPLUS 922 can be dosed both continuously (very high oil presences) and discontinuously (weekly programmed demulsifying action).
It is advisable to remove the emulsified product with suitable mechanical or physical systems.
Furthermore, if the bath is quiet and hot, the separation of the oils is favored.
