Technical features
FIPROPLUS 927 is a liquid product, based on fluorine and zirconium salts, suitable for chromium-free passivation for metals such as aluminum, zinc and ferrous materials. It is usually used as a final passivation stage in pre-painting degreasing processes.
The product can be used for both immersion and spray applications.

If the concentration of the bath is higher than 10 g / l, it is preferable to follow the passivation with a rinse with demi water.

Control of bathing
For a longer duration of the bath it is recommended to use demineralized water. In any case, the conductivity of the bath must not exceed 1000 μS / cm.
The concentration of the bath must be maintained by means of pH, the feeding can be carried out by means of an automatic instrument.

Storage
Store FIPROPLUS 927 at a temperature between 7 ° C and 40 ° C.
It is recommended to handle the pure product and its solutions wearing suitable protective gloves and clothing.
